• Embed customer signal into operating rhythms and enable strategy-to-delivery.
• Frame complex strategy projects; develop hypotheses and run multi-method analyses.
• Synthesize insights across initiatives; surface risks and opportunities.
• Build AI-native insights processes and democratize access to customer truth.
• Govern listening strategy with rigorous, statistically sound feedback.
