Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in our Illinois facility. The role emphasizes hands-on management of shop activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience with KPI-based performance management, and a solid background in window and door manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and collaboration with upper management is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• 1 to 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the window and door industry.
• 5 to 7 years of applicable work experience, to be determined by plant management
• Knowledge of raw materials, preferably for door and window applications
• Experience in production and manufacturing process improvement techniques
• Demonstrated leadership, technical aptitude, and problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
