Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the Door Department on the afternoon shift. You will lead teams to meet safety, quality, efficiency and on-time delivery goals, while coaching and developing staff.

You will drive continuous improvement through lean methods, production scheduling, and ERP usage, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with standards. Experience in union environments and strong leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 4-6 years of manufacturing supervision or management experience.
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience.
• Production scheduling and work planning experience.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Flexibility to work other shifts for coverage as required.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Support coverage for other supervisors when needed.
• Complete special assignments as assigned.
