Job summary

Jobtailor in Texas is seeking a Machine Operator Lead to oversee daily production activities, assign tasks, and support team members to meet goals. You will operate, set up, and adjust machinery, monitor process parameters, and perform in-process inspections.

Candidates should have prior machine operator experience, be able to read/write English, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role requires overtime flexibility and a focus on data entry and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operator experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, climb, and move during shift.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
