Job summary

NATi seeks a Group Leader to build and guide an interdisciplinary team focused on antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) for extrahepatic delivery. You will own scientific strategy, drive development, and partner with chemistry, DMPK, and bioanalytics to deliver asset programs.

Responsibilities include defining design principles for tissue targeting, leading antibody discovery and bioconjugation efforts, establishing platform capabilities, and delivering robust in vitro and in vivo readouts.

Qualifications

• PhD-level degree in a relevant field.
• +8+ years or more experience in pharma/biotech with AOC/ADC experience.
• Proven leadership with program ownership and IP activity.

Responsibilities

• Define AOC design principles for extrahepatic delivery and tissue targeting.
• Lead antibody discovery, engineering and developability efforts.
• Own the bioconjugation strategy and platform development.
• Establish analytical and developability workflows (DAR, purity, stability).
• Coordinate with DMPK, Bioanalytics and CMC for scale-up readiness.
