Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry or related field with 0–2 years industry experience, or MS with 3–5 years experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, setup, monitor and purify conjugate reactions from mg to gram scale.
• Plan and execute short- and mid-term bioconjugation goals.
• Work using aseptic techniques.
• Contribute to scientific discussions and problem-solving.
• Prepare project reports for clients.
• Maintain a detailed lab notebook.
• Maintain equipment and provide lab support.
• Perform safe lab practices and comply with SOPs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
