Job summary

Novartis is seeking a highly motivated ADME scientist for a laboratory-based role supporting antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates. You will work on biotransformation, sample prep, and LC-MS-based characterization to enable data-driven candidate selection.

The role requires hands-on experience with immunoprecipitation, affinity capture, and in vitro/in vivo ADME workflows, plus strong communication within cross-functional teams. The position is on-site in San Diego, with comprehensive US benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADME/DMPK experience required.
• Experience with LC-MS/MS or HRMS methods.
• Strong knowledge of ADME for new modalities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Fluent English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ADME workflows for antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates.
• Apply immunoprecipitation and affinity capture to enrich samples.
• Use LC-MS/MS and HRMS to assess conjugate fate and distribution.
• Design and interpret in vitro/in vivo studies linking data to PK/PD.
• Prepare study plans and regulatory content; present findings.
