Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Group Leader – Project Support to lead the Project Support Team and coordinate automation projects from kickoff to customer acceptance. You will align with Fronius USA and Fronius International to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive resource planning, training, and continuous improvement while maintaining project management standards. This role requires regular travel and thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automation, robotics, or project coordination.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Fronius USA automation projects from kickoff to acceptance.
• Develop and maintain project plans with customers and international teams.
• Monitor schedules, risks and changes; ensure on-time delivery within scope.
