Job summary

DriveNets is seeking a Group Lead for its Infrastructure Services (DIS) team to guide the design, deployment, and optimization of AI/HPC infrastructure at customer sites. You will lead a skilled team and coordinate with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes.

The role demands strong leadership, deep compute and networking expertise, and the ability to drive benchmarking and performance improvements across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/HPC infra, data center networking, or solutions architecture.
• 2–3+ years in technical leadership or team lead capacity.
• Hands-on depth across compute infra (GPU clusters, Linux) and data center networking.
• Experience leading customer-facing teams through deployment and POC cycles.
• Strong AI cluster architecture knowledge and benchmarking experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the DIS team, setting direction and ownership.
• Oversee end-to-end customer engagement from pre-sales to deployment.
• Serve as senior escalation point for infrastructure challenges.
• Partner with Sales to support opportunities and respond to RFPs.
• Benchmark performance and translate results into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed roadmap and backlog.
• Define internal deployment, ops processes and documentation standards.
• Build relationships with compute, NIC, and storage partners.
• Represent DriveNets at events and contribute to external content.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow team members.
