Job summary

DriveNets is seeking a Group Lead for its Infrastructure Services (DIS) team to guide customer-facing engineers and architects in designing, deploying, and optimizing AI/HPC infrastructure solutions at client sites.

You will provide technical leadership across the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales architecture through deployment, benchmarking, and ongoing operations, influencing product direction and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/HPC infra, data center networking, or solutions architecture.
• 2–3+ years in technical leadership or group lead roles.
• Hands-on compute and networking depth across GPU clusters, Linux, RDMA, and storage.
• Proven track record leading customer-facing technical teams through deployment and POC cycles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, PM, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the DIS team of Solution Engineers and Solutions Architects.
• Oversee end-to-end DIS engagements from pre-sales to deployment and operations.
• Serve as senior escalation point for AI/HPC infrastructure challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales and executives to shape opportunities and drive technical decisions.
• Drive benchmarking activities and translate results into deployment guidance.
• Funnel customer requirements into product roadmap and backlog.
• Establish deployment planning, monitoring standards, and documentation.
