Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead onsite deployments of AI datacenter solutions. You will guide architectures, troubleshoot complex hardware deployments, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to drive adoption of NVIDIA AI technologies in enterprise and cloud environments.

The role requires deep networking knowledge, scripting skills, and 2+ years in system design or technical support, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of system design or technical customer support experience in the technology industry, with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, ensuring seamless integration and customer happiness.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies.
Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams, driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions through collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Lead technical engagement with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers to identify system architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI space.
Support engagement with NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCP) and Enterprise customers to accelerate deployment and adoption of NVIDIA AI technologies in cloud environments.
