Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance during dressing, bathing, and toileting.
• Support meals and promote social engagement during family-style dining.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks, including clothing care, household cleaning, and yard maintenance.
• Prepare meals and nutritional supplements as directed to ensure proper nourishment.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor reactions or side effects.
• Follow prescribed diet plans and assist with adaptive equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain detailed data collection.
• Support clients in active treatment programs and document progress toward goals.
• Communicate client information with the interdisciplinary team as directed by supervisors.
• Transport clients safely using company vehicles for appointments and outings.
• Accompany and supervise clients during community activities, school, and day programs.
• Perform additional duties to promote client well-being and program success.

This part-time position offers an hourly wage of $17.50, paid bi-weekly, with shifts available on both the 1st and 2nd shifts. • Provide compassionate assistance and supervision to clients during personal care activities such as dressing, bathing, and toileting.

• Assist clients with housekeeping tasks, including clothing care, household cleaning, and yard maintenance, promoting cleanliness and organization.
• Help prepare meals and nutritional supplements, ensuring clients receive proper nourishment.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor clients for any reactions or side effects.
• Implement prescribed diet plans and assist clients in using adaptive equipment to support their health and mobility.
• Follow established behavioral programs, maintain detailed data collection, and adhere strictly to all safety protocols.
• Support clients in active treatment programs by assisting with training objectives, recording progress, and helping achieve service goals.
• Collaborate as a proactive member of the interdisciplinary team, communicating relevant client information as directed by supervisors.
• Transport clients safely using company vehicles for appointments and community outings.
• Accompany and supervise clients during community participation as well as school and day program activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to promote client well-being and program success.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Hold a valid North Carolina Driver's License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
