The role offers $17.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and a 3rd shift schedule. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, medication administration, and community activities while promoting independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• North Carolina Driver’s License is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive assistance and supervision to clients with daily living activities including dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Support clients during meals by encouraging family-style dining and proper nutrition.
• Assist clients with housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Help clients prepare meals and administer nutritional supplements as directed.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor for side effects or concerns.
• Follow prescribed dietary plans and assist with adaptive equipment as needed.
• Engage clients in active treatment programs and record data to achieve service goals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate client information to supervisors.
• Transport clients in company vehicles during outings and appointments.
• Support clients during community activities and promote social participation and skill development.
• Assist clients in school and day program activities to promote inclusion and growth.

• Assist clients with all housekeeping tasks such as clothing care, house cleaning, and yard maintenance, fostering a safe and clean living environment.
• Help clients prepare meals and administer nutritional supplements as directed.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor clients for any side effects or concerns.
• Implement prescribed dietary plans and assist clients in using adaptive equipment as needed.
• Follow established behavior support programs, accurately collect data, and adhere to all safety protocols to promote positive outcomes.
• Engage clients in active treatment programs, including training objectives, data recording, and achieving individual service goals.
• Collaborate as a proactive member of the interdisciplinary team, effectively communicating relevant client information as directed by supervisors.
• Transport and accompany clients safely in company vehicles during outings and appointments.
• Support clients during community activities and encourage social participation and skill development.
• Assist clients in school and day program activities to promote inclusion and growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet the needs of the clients and organization.

Requirements
