Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Marietta, GA is hiring a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to lead Direct Support staff and oversee operations of 1-3 residential facilities providing Non-ICF services.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, monitor shifts, ensure training and compliance, and maintain safety and quality in day-to-day operations. This on-site role requires flexibility and a strong commitment to person-centered support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and obtain CPR certification.
• Flexible schedule and on-call coverage as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Monitor staff across all shifts and provide feedback in facility.
• Audit medication administration processes.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure training requirements and event attendance.
• Monitor budget items within guidelines.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as needed.
