Job summary

Centerstone's Herrin office is seeking a part-time Residential Supervisor (DSP) to provide day-to-day supervision and living skills instruction for residents. This role supports independence and safety in a residential setting while adhering to treatment plans.

You will work with the House Manager and Residential Coordinator, updating plans as needed and participating in cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must pass spelling and grammar tests and required background clearance checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a good driving record.
• Experience with electronic health records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and support independence per treatment plans.
• Provide transportation and personal care as needed.
• Assist with developing and reviewing individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in staff meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources for resident services.
