Pathfinder in Huntington, IN is seeking an Assistant Director of Group Home Supports to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across residential programs. You will guide teams to deliver person-centered services, ensure compliance, and drive quality across facilities.

As a leader, you will supervise Group Home Managers and QIDPs, manage budgets, and collaborate with HR, Accounting, and IT to support day-to-day operations and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in positions with increasing responsibility in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Proven team management skills and the desire to develop direct reports.
• Ability to interpret or learn to interpret financials.
• Positive attitude and team player who welcomes collaborative decision making.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record.
• Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
