Job summary

Synova Group in Champlin, MN is seeking a Designated Coordinator/Services Manager to lead a crisis group home operations, ensuring compliant, person-centered care and strong family and staff engagement.

The role oversees licensing, budgets, staff development, and coordination with schools, health providers, and courts. Minimum 3-5 years in direct care, plus relevant degrees, and a valid driver's license; salary is $65,000 annually with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of direct care/education experience with vulnerable populations.
• Degree/education requirements as listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned programs and ensure all licensing regulations are met.
• Review and maintain individual records and perform routine audits.
• Coordinate with individuals and teams to develop person-centered approaches.
• Manage general budgets, payroll budgets, program accounts, and petty cash.
• Implement health directives and keep RN informed about health service delivery.
• Ensure required forms (GERs, restraint, behavior reporting, serious injury) are completed.
• Collaborate with Residential Director to evaluate outcomes and participate in quality improvement.
• Act as liaison with schools, hospitals, courts, guardians, families, and health providers.
• Provide direct care and supervision during staffing shortages.
