Job summary

Reliance Home Health Caregivers in Illinois is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee two 16-bed residences and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and liaise with guardians to support residents.

The role requires a BA in a related field, experience with developmental disabilities, and CPR/First Aid certification. Work is in-person, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• BA in Social Work / Human Services or related field.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Two years of related experience and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group home operations and staffing for two 16-bed buildings.
• Order supplies and maintain care plans and records.
• Schedule and supervise staff, including DSPs, and liaise with guardians.
• Arrange medical appointments and report outcomes to appropriate parties.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and DHS rules.
• Provide direct services and develop treatment plans for residents.
