Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Group Home Supervisor on-site in Beverly, NJ. The role supervises Direct Support staff, oversees operations, staffing, and facility budgets to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and related challenges.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and experience with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification is a plus.
• Must be qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible to be so designated at the first available training after accepting the position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules ensuring adequate staffing coverage at all times.
• Performs personal care duties as needed and supports residents in daily activities.
• Monitors resident interactions and provides feedback to staff across shifts.
• Maintains a clean and maintained home and yard for people supported.
