Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Tennessee seeks a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and coordinate operations for 1–3 residential facilities providing Non-ICF services.

You will work closely with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans, monitor three shifts, conduct staff feedback, and ensure training and compliance, including medication audits and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Work closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and implement person-centered plans.
• Spend adequate time in the residential facility monitoring and providing feedback to staff on all three shifts.
• Provide audits for medication administration.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.

Required to stand and walk for extended periods.Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from floor level, which requires working on hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting.Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision.Must be able to talk and hear.Exception – Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs: For these programs only, employees must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
