Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor and working with people with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license in good standing & must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the group home.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings and training.
• Conduct interviews and observations, provide feedback, and complete employee evaluations.
• Share on-call responsibilities with the group home Assistant Manager.
• Uphold agency and licensing regulations.
