The role pays $26.00 per hour and requires at least two years of experience with people with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting, plus supervisory experience. The position involves day, evening and weekend hours with schedule flexibility. A college degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential services to enhance community integration.
• Supervise Assistant Manager and staff.
• Recruiting and hiring of new staff.
• Manage and monitor treatment plans and budgets.
• Ensure documentation is correct and complete.
• Communicate with clinical staff and supervisors about program needs.
