Oakridge Homes-Woodview is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations and supervise staff in a residential setting serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This role combines leadership duties with direct care support to ensure high-quality services and a well-run home.

The candidate will coordinate scheduling, provide guidance to care staff, ensure compliance with policies, and promote a safe living environment while supporting residents as needed.

Competenze

• Supervisory or staff coordination experience required.
• Experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DHS background studies.
• Reliable, professional and team-oriented.
