The candidate will coordinate scheduling, provide guidance to care staff, ensure compliance with policies, and promote a safe living environment while supporting residents as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or staff coordination experience required.
• Experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DHS background studies.
• Reliable, professional and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Description

The Program Coordinator provides direct support and supervision to individuals receiving services while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned home and supervising direct support professionals. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring services are provided in accordance with individual needs, care plans, applicable requirements, and Oakridge Homes policies and procedures.
