St. John’s Community Services (SJCS) is seeking a Home Manager in Newark, DE to support individuals with disabilities in group homes or supported living.

The role emphasizes self-direction, community integration, and independent living skills, with a focus on safety and person-centered planning. You will lead a multidisciplinary residential team, manage budgets, ensure documentation compliance, and coordinate medical and behavioral supports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; A.A. or B.A. preferred.
• Two or more years related experience with persons with disabilities; community-based programs preferred.
• Must meet background check and drug screening requirements; health certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a collaborative residential support team.
• Provide 24-hour on-call management coverage for assigned departments.
• Ensure adherence to Support Plans and accurate data collection.
• Oversee medication management and coordination with agency nurse.
• Maintain safety and quality across residences and vehicles.
