RHA Health Services, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and manage operations, staffing, and budgets for assigned facilities. The role emphasizes person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and related challenges.

The position offers $22.00–$23.50 per hour, on-site work, and full-time benefits supporting employee wellbeing and growth.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification is a plus.
• Must be qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible after training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules ensuring there is adequate staffing coverage at all times.
• Performs personal care duties performed by Direct Support staff as needed.
• Provides feedback to staff across all shifts to maintain harmonious interactions with people supported.
