Job summary

JFM seeks a Program Administrator to lead a team of direct support professionals and coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe, empowering home environment.

You will oversee daily living routines, health and safety, budgeting, and staff development while ensuring compliance and high-quality care. A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years with supervision is required, along with a Maine driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services (or related field) or 4+ years in the field with supervisory experience.
• Valid Maine Driver’s License with clean driving record for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of direct support professionals and coordinate services.
• Oversee daily living routines, including personal care, nutrition, and habilitation training.
• Ensure health & safety, scheduling medical care, medication management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage individual habilitation plans and maintain documentation.
• Represent JFM professionally in home and community settings.
