Mat-Su Services for Children & Adults (MSSCA) is seeking a Group Home Direct Service Provider to oversee daily operations and provide person-centered support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes independence, inclusion, and quality of life through daily living activities and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online databases.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds to assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Understand, practice, and promote the vision and core values of Mat-Su Services for Children & Adults.
• Assist residents with hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation, household chores, and transportation.
• Support individuals with learning, habilitative, and life skills working towards their goals.
• Assist and supervise guardianship-approved self-administration of medications.
• Communicate effectively with families, guardians, case managers, and other team members.
