Job summary

A community resource organization is seeking a Direct Support Professional to promote the well-being and development of individuals in a group home setting. Responsibilities include following agency policies, implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans, and ensuring the safety and care of individuals. A high school diploma is required, with experience preferred. The role offers flexible schedules, competitive salaries, and a benefits package. Qualifications

• Must have a valid CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Essential physical skills to run, lift, and assist individuals when needed.
• At least 3-5 years of job experience preferred but will train motivated candidates.

• Ensure health, well-being, and development of individuals served.
• Create and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans.
