Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Group Sales Consultant to generate new and existing business opportunities, educating groups on enrollment processes and contract options. You will own a territory and execute strategies to meet growth targets, while developing broker relationships and driving retention of benefit products.

The role requires strong sales acumen, ability to communicate complex products, and willingness to travel within the Hutchinson region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years extensive direct sales experience.
• Must obtain Kansas Insurance license within 60 days of hire.
• Extensive B2B sales and account management experience in group health insurance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enroll and educate groups on contracts and enrollment.
• Provide timely follow-up and service to clients and internal teams.
• Develop plans and prospect through personal calls and meetings.
• Keep current on market conditions and health insurance reform issues.
• Deliver renewals and develop prospects through personal calls and visits.
