Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is seeking a Fitness Instructor to lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, design simple workout routines, and welcome members with high energy across multiple Houston-area clubs.

This role requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, and CPR/AED certification readiness. You will greet members, answer inquiries, conduct tours, and maintain a clean, safe facility while promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified prior to employment and maintain certification.
• Pass a background check and maintain certification while employed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program and design workouts as requested.
• Greet members and assist with check-in, sign-ups, and inquiries with high energy.
• Answer phones promptly and provide accurate information during inquiries.
• Perform member tours and assess membership needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workout environment; up to 50% of shift dedicated to cleaning.
