Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is hiring a Fitness Instructor to lead Planet Fitness group classes and assist members during check-in and sign-ups at our Houston clubs. The role focuses on delivering energetic, welcoming instruction and maintaining a safe, clean workout environment.

You will design simple workout programs, recruit new members, answer inquiries, and help with tours while upholding high service standards. Eligibility includes CPR/AED and certification requirements as listed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check and CPR/AED certification prior to employment.
• Nationally Certified Training Certificate must be current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PF PE@PF class and design simple workouts as requested.
• Greet members and assist with sign-ups and inquiries.
• Maintain a safe workout environment and monitor participant progress.
• Provide helpful information and tours to prospective members.
• Regular cleaning and sanitizing of the club and equipment.
