Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be 18+ and pass background check.
• CPR/AED certification required before employment and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planet Fitness group fitness sessions and design simple programs.
• Attract and assist new and existing members to join classes.
• Maintain a safe, clean workout environment for all members.
• Assess member needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
• Greet members, handle check-ins, tours, and inquiries with high energy.
• Answer phones and provide accurate information to callers.
• Support member retention through proactive communication and problem solving.
• Perform club cleaning and sanitization as needed, up to 50% of shift.
