Planet Fitness is looking for a Fitness Instructor to deliver the PE@PF program and help grow class participation in Houston-area clubs. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, and maintain a safe, energetic environment while delivering tailored training options.

Minimum 6–12 months’ fitness instruction experience is preferred; CPR/AED may be required. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Minimum 6–12 months of fitness instruction experience preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Conduct the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program and design simple workouts.
• Recruit new and current members to join fitness classes.
• Maintain a safe workout environment at all times.
• Assess abilities and conditions; adapt training programs as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Greet members with high energy and assist with check-ins and inquiries.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly information.
• Resolve concerns with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Regularly clean and sanitize club and equipment for up to 50% of shift.
• Work at any Planet Fitness location within the Houston Fitness Partners franchise.
