Houston Fitness Partners is hiring a Fitness Instructor to lead Planet Fitness PE@PF group classes and design simple workouts for members. You will engage prospective and current members, ensuring a welcoming, high-energy environment while checking in, answering questions, and updating sign-ups.

The role requires 6-12 months of fitness instruction experience, punctuality, and a commitment to safety. Work at Planet Fitness locations within the Houston Fitness Partners network.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• 6-12 months of experience in prior fitness instruction preferred.
• Self-starter with initiative and dependable work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program and design simple workouts.
• Greet members and assist with check-in, sign-ups, and inquiries.
• Enforce a safe workout environment and adapt programs for individuals.
• Answer phones and assist callers with information.
• Perform tours to assess membership needs and maintain equipment cleanliness.
