The UFC GYM Group Fitness (Group Fit) Instructor leads participants through movements and exercises using music for rhythmic exercise. Responsible for conducting safe, effective classes and helping participants achieve their goals in a fun environment.

UFC FIT seeks certified instructors for formats like Les Mills Body Pump, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Cycling, and more. Opportunities available in the morning, evening, and on weekends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Class Instruction

• Develop exercise routines, select music, choreograph movements suitable for each class.
• Perform workouts alongside participants, demonstrating exercises.
• Use cuing, tempo, and transitions safely and effectively.
• Follow class schedule and standards.
• Welcome and orient new participants.
• Educate on proper form, anatomy, contraindications, and modifications.
• Explain safety rules and equipment usage.
• Motivate and instruct participants to maximize benefits.
• Monitor participation and adjust as needed.

Administrative Duties

• Arrive prepared, start and end classes on time.
• Greet members warmly, build rapport, and address questions.
• Report concerns, maintain professionalism, and promote retention.
• Manage equipment and report issues.
• Record hours and attendance accurately.
• Operate sound systems and lighting.
• Arrange substitutes when necessary.
• Promote events and classes to increase participation.
