Overview: The Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for providing quality health and fitness services to members and guests. The instructor will develop programming suitable for various fitness levels and ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and instruct group exercise classes such as Pilates, Stretch, Bootcamp, Circuit Training, HIIT, Cycling, Water Aerobics, Zumba, and Barre.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Ensure classes start and end on time, demonstrating strong time management.
• Communicate effectively with members and staff, and attend all required meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Adhere to hotel standards and regulations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Handle problems proactively, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating initiative.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification(s) in relevant formats or a recognized Group Fitness Certification.
• At least 2 years of related experience preferred.
• CPR Certified.

Physical Requirements:

• Flexible schedule, including long hours as needed.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
