Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Group Experience and Marketing Manager to elevate the groups customer experience across the sales funnel and post-event follow-up. The role focuses on developing and managing all aspects of meetings and conventions' digital presence and refining guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has hospitality marketing experience, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Marketing and Branding teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive hospitality experience, with marketing focus.
• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational, creative and analytical thinking with project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication with influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional customer service at every interaction.
• Build and maintain meetings and conventions trade media relationships.
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan with stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and maintain meetings and conventions digital presence on property and across all platforms.
• Refine the groups experience from site inspections to post-event follow-up.
• Log and retrace customer and partner activities in the sales system and track progress.
• Understand and track analytics, RFP channels and trends; communicate to the team.
• Support proposals, site inspections, and contracts as needed.
• Attend pre-con meetings and be present when customers are onsite.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Branding teams.
