Job summary

Dreamscape Companies LLC is seeking a Group Experience and Marketing Manager for Rio Las Vegas to elevate the groups customer experience from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. You will craft and oversee the digital presence for meetings and conventions, coordinate site inspections, and partner with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive hospitality experience, with a strong preference in marketing.
• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as business demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Log and retrace customer and partner activities in the sales system and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the groups customer experience throughout the sales funnel and post-event follow-up.
• Develop, manage and maintain meetings and conventions digital presence across platforms.
• Refine the guest experience from site inspections to post-event follow-up with brand consistency.
• Maintain strong relationships with trade media and partners.
• Coordinate proposals, site inspections, contracts for small VIP groups.
• Attend pre-con meetings and support onsite events.
• Collaborate with hotel Marketing and Branding teams.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to support events.
