Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is seeking a Group Sales Event & Catering Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of group sales and catering events. You will ensure accurate communication, organized documentation, timely follow-through, and exceptional guest service throughout the event lifecycle.

The coordinator serves as a liaison among the Group Sales event & catering team, Banquets, clients, vendors and other internal departments.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ Hospitality experience in a group sales events and catering position.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned group events from handoff through post-event follow up.
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain event proposals, contracts, BEOs, floor plans and related materials.
