Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is hiring for a role requiring exceptional guest service and supervisory skills. The position supports beverage service operations, training, merchandising, and inventory control within a fast-paced casino setting.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in Food & Beverage and supervisory roles, be 21+, and comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior casino experience is a plus, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Two years of Food and Beverage experience required.
• Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent training.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous casino environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assigns workstations and expedites workflow.
• Monitors inventory and orders product as needed.
• Counts and reconciles cash drawers during shift and end of day.
• Ensures compliance with Washington State Liquor guidelines and guest safety.
• Trains staff on POS, department policies, and product knowledge.
• Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
