Rivers Casino is seeking a Coordinator Sales in the Food & Beverage department to support the sales team, liaise with clients, and assist in planning events. The role involves handling client payments, performing site tours, and coordinating with hotel staff to accommodate group requests.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, hotel/catering experience is preferred, and proficient use of Word, Delphi FDC and Micros is advantageous.

Formación

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to interface with guests and team members.
• Previous hotel/catering experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word; Delphi FDC and Micros knowledge.
• Knowledge of hotel group block systems and meeting room setups.
• Must be detailed oriented, organized with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager and Director in daily administrative duties.
• Act as liaison between clients and the Sales Team.
• Facilitate event planning and maintain an organized planning system for events.
