Job summary

You will partner with Product, Design, Data, and Architecture to shape strategy, raise engineering standards, and guide technical direction—while staying close enough to the work to make sound architectural and delivery decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including production-grade applications.
• 3+ years of people management leading software engineers across levels.
• Experience setting technical direction across services, web/mobile UIs, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a group of full stack, front end, and back-end engineers.
• Partner with Product, Design and Data to frame problems and define outcomes.
• Align cross-team dependencies and translate strategy into an executable roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, reliability, and cost efficiency.
