Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Sales Experience team. You will work with product managers, designers, and engineers to build enterprise software that improves how sales teams work with customers.

This role emphasizes growth of craft, product instincts, and outcomes over simple task execution. You will contribute to discovery, define technical direction, ensure performance, reliability, and security, and align with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
Experience building and integrating with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (frontend and backend).
Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Management and Product Design to deeply understand customer problems, workflows, and pain points.
Define and guide the technical approach, architecture, and system design for your team's product area.
Lead the team in delivering high-quality solutions that meet standards for performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Partner with Product and Data to define and track success metrics and outcomes.
Help define and evolve engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across teams.
