Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead a global MarTech/AdTech product engineering organization. You will own end-to-end product development for a large portfolio, guiding 250+ engineers and contractors in a modern Product Operating Model.

You will champion Generative AI across the SDLC, partner with Product Management and Design, and ensure durable, scalable platforms that drive consumer and business value worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with senior leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations within a Product Operating Model.
• 5+ years leading organizational transformation and modernization at scale.
• 10+ years building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, including leaders.
• Strong partnership with Product Management and Product Design in empowered teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global, product-focused engineering org under the Product Operating Model.
• Build empowered teams that own problems end to end, from discovery to delivery and improvement.
• Recruit, develop and retain top engineering talent and leaders.
• Establish engineering standards, rhythms, and accountability frameworks.
• Own end-to-end development for the MarTech/AdTech portfolio globally.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Design in a one-team model.
• Drive outcomes in reliability, performance, scalability and user experience.
• Champion Generative AI adoption across the full SDLC and product portfolio.
