Qualifications

• 12+ years in software/enterprise engineering with 5+ years leading managers or multiple teams.
• Proven track record in building and scaling engineering organizations.
• Experience delivering engineering solutions for supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or related ops.
• Strong background in modern enterprise architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native delivery.
• Ability to partner with Product, Design, Data, and business leaders to drive outcomes.

• Own engineering capacity, talent strategy, and investment trade-offs.
• Translate operational priorities into durable technical capabilities.
