3+ years of hands-on data platform/analytics/backend experience.
Strong Python and ML libraries experience.
Experience deploying ML models to production environments.
Strong SQL skills with large enterprise datasets.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Leads to co-own outcomes and data assets.
Build scalable data preparation and feature engineering pipelines for ML applications.
Develop predictive and recommendation models using suitable ML techniques.
Create APIs/services to expose model predictions to enterprise apps.
Implement MLOps pipelines for training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Ensure data quality, lineage, observability, and reliability.
