Qualifications

15+ years of progressive engineering experience including senior leadership roles.
5+ years leading engineering in a Product Operating Model or modern product-centric environment.
5+ years leading engineering through organizational transformation and modernization at scale.
10+ years building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, including leading other leaders.
Strong partnership experience with Product Management and Product Design.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a globally distributed engineering organization under the Product Operating Model.
Own end-to-end development across the MarTech/AdTech product portfolio globally.
Define and evolve technical strategy, architecture, and engineering practices for scalable platforms.
Champion Generative AI and agentic capabilities across the SDLC and product portfolio.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior business and technology leaders; translate complex concepts into clear business implications.
