Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead a global, 250+ person engineering organization within a modern Product Operating Model. You will own end-to-end delivery across MarTech and AdTech platforms, driving reliability, speed and business impact.

You will shape technical strategy, collaborate with Product Management and Design, and advance Generative AI across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive engineering experience in leadership roles.
5+ years leading engineering in product-centric environments.
10+ years building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
Experience leading AI/GenAI initiatives within products or platforms.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead a globally distributed engineering organization under the Product Operating Model.
Own end-to-end development for the MarTech and AdTech product portfolio globally.
Define and evolve technical strategy, architecture, and engineering practices for scalable platforms.
Champion Generative AI adoption across the full SDLC and product portfolio.
Communicate engineering strategy, risks, and investment needs to executive stakeholders.
