Job summary

Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm that partners with leading brands to drive measurable outcomes through data, strategy, and proprietary technology. You will own a portfolio of 8–12 Core accounts, guiding growth, aligning teams, and surfacing opportunities across Strategy, Execution, and Measurement.

You’ll work closely with founders and leadership to define ambitious roadmaps, build measurement baselines, and scale teams leveraging our Nova ecosystem and Iris intelligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in marketing, especially with early‑stage or scaling consumer brands.
• Experience working with founder-led businesses and fast-moving decisions.
• Able to build from scratch without brand guidelines or historical data.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships, including founder-level contacts; deliver board-ready updates.
• Lead quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints and build a prioritized roadmap.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative work around a focused account strategy.
